Ancom Berhad ("Ancom" or "Company") wishes to announce that it has received a notification from its Group Managing Director, Dato' Siew Ka Wei, of his intention to deal in the securities of Ancom during Closed Period as defined in the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The shareholding of Dato' Siew Ka Wei in the Company are as follows :

Direct Interest : 14,985,465 shares (6.93%)
Indirect Interest : 19,398,848 shares (8.97%)
