Further to the announcements dated 30 September 2005 and 25 October 2005 on the distribution of One (1) Treasury Share for every Twenty (20) existing ordinary shares of RM1.00 each held, fractions of Treasury Shares to be disregarded, in respect of the financial year ended 31 May 2005 ("Share Dividend"), Ancom Berhad is pleased to advise that a total of 9,298,797 Treasury Shares have been credited into the respective CDS Accounts of the entitled shareholders today.
The number of Treasury Shares remaining in the Company's account is 8,131,203 shares.
