Remarks :
The Directors are proposing a non tax-exempt final dividend for the current financial year in the form of distribution of one (1) Treasury Share for every twenty (20) existing ordinary shares of RM1 each held, fraction of a Treasury Share is to be disregarded, subject to the approval of the Company's shareholders at the forthcoming annual general meeting.
In the last financial year, a non tax-exempt final dividend in the form of distribution of one (1) Treasury Share for every twenty (20) existing ordinary shares of RM1 each held, had been declared and distributed.
