Ancom Berhad ("Ancom") wishes to announce that it has received a notification from its Director, Mr. Chan Thye Seng, that he intends to deal in the securities of Ancom during Closed Period as defined in the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
Currently, Mr. Chan holds indirect interest of 13.43% (29,050,402 ordinary shares)in Ancom through Pacific & Orient Berhad, Pacific & Orient Insurance Co. Bhd, Tysim Holdings Sdn Bhd and Tan Soo Leng.
