Ancom Berhad wishes to announce that its 50.2%-owned subsidiary, Ancom Energy & Services Sdn Bhd (“AES”), has today entered into a Sale of Shares Agreement with Nexus Aim (M) Sdn Bhd (Co. No. 746877-V) and Noorharyanti binti Mohd Sabri (NRIC No. 740727-08-6022) to dispose its entire interest in Akra Engineering Sdn Bhd for cash consideration of RM2,848,000.
